// GUIDE COURSES
WILDERNESS
TRAILS
This 7 day course allows for complete immersion in the African wilderness. Ideal for those who are looking to maximise their time on foot out in the wilds of the Okavango"
Back to basics...
A slightly softer version of the true primitive trails, this course is ideal for trails guides wishing to log a significant number of hours in a short period of time, or for those who just wish to disconnect from their frantic lives and reconnect to the wilderness.
A mixture of wild camping and sleeping beneath the stars in a minimalistic wilderness camp. There are no vehicles, no wifi, no cellphone signal and no sign of the hand of man - a truly authentic wilderness experience.
The course can be done as a stand-alone experience or bolted on to the end of our Trails Guide Course to bolster your walking hours and bring you closer to your qualification as a "back-up trails guide" (BQA) or "apprentice trails guide" (FGASA).
However you do it, you will never be sorry that you did!
